Beginner Yoga- 6 week programme

Activity is beginner stretch yoga, suitable for all levels and abilities. This 1-hour class will include breath-work to start, beginner stretch yoga flow, and meditation to finish.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.
