Teen Girl- Intro to S&C 6 week afterschool programme Start Date: Wednesday 22nd of October for 6 weeks (no classs on 29th October due to Halloween break Time: 4pm-5pm Location: Breakthrough Performance Gym, St Aidans Cootehill H16 CV91 Cost: €20 Join us after school for an introductory Strength & Conditioning class for teen girls — no experience needed! Learn how to feel confident in the gym and get familiar with using the equipment. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.
