Games for All
Cavan and Monaghan Sports Partnerships through the Sports Inclusion Development Programme have developed "Games 4 All" Resource Pack.
-
Games 4 All Resource Programme aims to support people who deliver physical activity to people with disabilities.
-
It comprises of training, resource cards and equipment for schools, services and clubs who want to promote inclusive sports.
-
The training aims to give these people the knowledge they need to develop a physical activity or sports programme within their own groups.
-
The practical session shows the participants how to use the equipment effectively and how to develop and adapt the games from beginner to advanced motor skills.
-
Groups who complete the training will receive a bag of equipment to help facilitate the implementation of physical activity programmes in their group, service, school and club.
