Our teen girl self-defense classes provide a supportive and empowering environment where girls can learn to protect themselves in various situations. These classes focus on building confidence, situational awareness, and practical self-defense skills.

Start Date: Friday 1st of May (6 week programme)

Venue: Blackdragon Martial Arts Club

Time: 6pm – 7pm

Cost: €20

Girls must be aged 13+

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.
