Men on the Move is a physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men to get them active, have fun and improve their fitness levels. It involves twice weekly activity sessions that are leader led. You don’t need to be fit to take part; the physical activity sessions are structured so that you can find the level appropriate for you to join and progress your fitness at a pace that suits you! Men on the Move is a national HSE Initiative.
