Inclusion

Cavan Sports Partnership launched its Sports Inclusion Disability Programme in 2008. The Partnership appointed a Sports Inclusion Disability Officer (SIDO) with an aim to increase the participation of people with disabilities in sports, fitness and physical activity in Cavan. We deliver programmes in collaboration with clubs, disability services, and community groups to ensure that inclusion is at the heart of everything we do at Cavan Sports Partnership.

Cavan Sports Partnership also provides opportunities for Sports Inclusion training and education for clubs, coaches, teachers and volunteers in Cavan.
