Women on the Move- Start Box Ballinagh

Fun and inclusive boxing session, mixing the skills of boxing into a high intensity workout (HIT) focusing on coordination, speed, agility strength and coordination.  The programme will be delivered by IABA qualified coaches.  All equipment will be provided.  Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.
