Womens Start Box- 6 week programme
Start Date: Thursday 25th of September for 6 weeks

Fun and inclusive boxing session, mixing the skills of boxing into a high intensity workout (HIT) focusing on coordination, speed, agility strength and coordination.
The programme will be delivered by IABA qualified coaches.
All equipment will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.
