Men on the Move FREE Programme – Laragh

Men on the Move - Laragh Calling all Men, do you want to start exercising? Would you like to feel fitter and have more energy? If the answer is YES, then we have  the perfect programme for you! We are delivering a FREE, Men only physical activity programme in your local area, designed to get you moving and suitable for all fitness levels but especially good for beginners. The programme will run for 10 weeks and will take place every Tuesday and Thursday for the duration. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.
