Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is one of the most beneficial forms of training for people over 50. It supports healthy ageing, boosts long‑term independence, and reduces the risk of many age‑related issues.
We are delighted to run a 6 week Strength & Conditioning programme with BC Fitness in Ballyjamesduff.
Date: Programme begins on Thursday, March 12th and runs every Thursday after for 6 weeks
