Active Adult 55+ Yoga Programme – Stradone

Active Adult 55+ yoga 6 week Programme in Stradone Community Centre. This programme is fun, sociable and will work on balance, stability, flexibility and mobility in a friendly environment.

This programme is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

The programme costs €30

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund.
