Men on the Move programme coming to Arva, Laragh and Killygarry

Cavan Sports Partnership are delighted to announce details of a new Men on the Move programme coming to Arva, Laragh and Killygarry.

Men on the Move is an outdoor physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men, to support them to become active, have fun and improve their fitness levels. It involves twice weekly structured physical activity sessions over 10 weeks that are led by a qualified instructor to a level and pace that suits the participants.

Date: Laragh programme begins Tuesday, September 23rd and will run every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 weeks.

Time: 8:30pm – 9:30pm

Location: Community Park, Laragh

We are delivering a FREE, Men only physical activity programme in your local area, designed to get you moving and suitable for all fitness levels but especially good for beginners.
