This 6 week Pole Activator Programme works on balance, mobility and strength. This programme is suitable for beginners, no experience necessary and the activator poles will be supplied.

Date: Programme begins on Monday, September 1st and runs for 6 weeks

Time: 11:45am – 12:45pm

Location: Gowna GAA Grounds

Cost: €30 for the 6 weeks
