Cavan Sports Partnership is delivering a free four-part workshop series to support local clubs in strengthening governance, improving strategic planning, and accessing funding opportunities. Two sessions will be in person and two will be online.  Each participating club is required to attend all four workshops. We ask that a minimum of two representatives from each club participate – 1 ticket covers both people.

This is a 4 week workshop and topics include:

• Funding Application Support
• Action Planning
• Club/Community Consultation
• Governance

This course is FREE. Pre-registration is essential.
