DESCRIPTION:Tennis Ireland Teacher Training \n\nDate: Saturday 26th of September\n\nTime: 10am-1pm\n\n\nLocation: Cavan Tennis Club\, Cavan town. \n\n\nCost: €15pp minimum of 2 teachers per school\, no maximum. (this is heavily subsidised) \n\n\nSpaces are limited\, so book early to secure your spot!\n\n\n\n\nWhat does our school get from doing this training? \n\nA tennis Ireland licensed coach will visit the school to lead 2-3 tennis lessons post teacher training.\nTeachers who attended the teacher training will observe and support the coach during these sessions.\nTennis Ireland coach will conduct a 25–30-minute review after sessions.\nSchools can then borrow a Tennis Ireland equipment pack for 4-6 weeks.\nTeacher will receive free lesson plans.\n\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy \nCancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.\nCancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. This includes any deposits or full payments made in advance.

DESCRIPTION:🧘‍♀️ 6-Week Mother & Baby Exercise Programme! 👶\n\n\n \n\n\nJoin us for a gentle Mother & Baby Exercise programme\, suitable for complete beginners as well as mothers returning to exercise after having a baby. Perfect for babies up to around 1yr old\, however once babies are crawling and on the move they should remain in their buggy during the session for health & safety reasons. For smaller babies\, or babies who may be unsettled Mum can wear her baby carrier.\n\n\nThese sessions will be led by a qualified and experienced postnatal personal trainer and fellow mum\, with all exercises able to be modified to suit individual needs and stages of recovery. \nFor women who have had a recent C-section (less than 12 weeks postpartum)\, they should obtain medical clearance from their GP before attending. \n\n\nNo previous experience needed — just bring yourself & your baby.\n\n\n \n\n\n📅 Starts: Wednesday\, September 30th \n\n\n🕙 Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM\n\n\n📍 Location: Templeport GAA Gym\, Bawnboy\n\n\n💶Cost: €30pp for the 6 weeks (price includes Mum & Baby) !
