DESCRIPTION:Cavan Sports Partnership and Table Tennis Ireland  are now taking registrations for the Teachers Activator Award Course. \nThe award is a Table Tennis Ireland initiative aimed at providing a practical introduction to table tennis as well as ideas for coaching activities in schools\, youth groups and disability services\, clubs and community groups. \n*Please note this course is not just for teachers\, any multi sport coaches\, volunteers\, parents or table tennis enthusiasts are welcome!* \nWhat is included \n\n\nCertification\nTeaching Plans\nOne Resource Pack Per School (10 bats\, balls & 5 nets)\nFree membership to Table Tennis Ireland for the year ahead\n\n\nThe Teachers Award Course will provide participants with the knowledge to: \n\nIntroduce players to the basic skills of table tennis in a fun and exciting way\nHave the creativity and confidence to deliver table tennis sessions to students\nMake the skills activities easier or harder for different ability levels\nFor schools\, identify where table tennis can be introduced to the school curriculum\n\nTraining Day Details: \n\nVenue: St Pats College Cavan\nDate: Thursday 20th November\nTime: 5pm to 8pm\nCost: €10\nQuestions & queries: Email Niamh on nreilly@cavancoco.ie\nAge: 16+\n\n  \nCancellation Policy \nCancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.\nCancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund.
