Tea/Coffee and sandwiches will be provided on the day. \nPlease note:\n• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the programme start date/time are eligible for a full refund.\n• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the programme start date/time are non‑refundable.\nThis policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage scheduling\, resources\, and programme preparation effectively.
