DESCRIPTION:Men on the Move programme coming to Arva\, Laragh and Killygarry\n\nCavan Sports Partnership are delighted to announce details of a new Men on the Move programme coming to Arva\, Laragh and Killygarry.\n\nMen on the Move is an outdoor physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men\, to support them to become active\, have fun and improve their fitness levels. It involves twice weekly structured physical activity sessions over 10 weeks that are led by a qualified instructor to a level and pace that suits the participants.\nDate: Killygarry programme begins Monday\, September 22nd and will run every Monday and Wednesday for 10 weeks \nTime: 7pm – 8pm \nLocation: Killygarry GAA Grounds \nFor more information\, please contact Dean via email: dmcelroy@cavancoco.ie \n  \nCancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event.
