The upbeat music and group atmosphere also make it a great way to reduce stress and stay socially connected\, which can be really valuable for maintaining mental and emotional health. Overall\, Zumba provides an enjoyable way to stay fit and have fun whilst exercising.\nVenue: Ballyconnell Community Centre \nDates: Programme begins on Thursday\, January 22nd and runs for 6 weeks \nTime: 7pm – 8pm \nCost: €30 \nPlaces are limited and pre-registration is essential. \nCancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the programme/event. \nCancellations made within 48 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund.
